Integrated pre-chamber – the optimal structure of the liquid

Located beneath the dosing orifice pre-chamber eliminates the smallest droplets fraction which is created during the rapid expansion of the liquidThe large pressure difference between the dosing orifice and the nozzle outlet makes easier to get a very balanced and homogeneous structure of the liquid.

Installation recommendations

The range of the liquid should be parallel to the air flow from the turbine outlet slot.

Nozzles montage:

  • SW 8 cap fixing
  • with cap filter: the gasket thickness 3,0 mm
  • without cap filter: the gasket thickness 5,0 mm

The large nozzles orifice reduces the clogging 

In relation to previous flat spray nozzles, the AD nozzles has got about 50% larger nozzles orifice.
